BLM

To create an export in the BLM format you will need to first follow the instructions on how to create an export.

When you select ‘BLM‘ from the list of available formats you’ll be asked to provide a variety of details. These can be obtained by contacting the third party receiving the BLM.

FTP Details

The BLM file is compiled and then sent to the third party via FTP. As a result, we’ll need the FTP connection details of where the file should be sent.

Branch Codes

So that the third party knows which office/branch to assign a property to, they’ll give you a branch code per office, and sometimes different ones per department too. This is normally, but not always, a 5-6 digit number.
