To create an import from agentOS you will need to first follow the instructions on how to create an import.

When you select ‘agentOS‘ from the list of available formats you’ll be asked to enter an ‘API Key‘ and ‘Short Name‘. Thesee can be obtained by contacting the agentOS support team.

Please also pay particular attention to the message that is displayed about throttling. If you’re experiencing issues with imports timing out it’s likely because of this and you’ll need to extend the timeout limit on your server. Your hosting company can advise on this.
